Every ARC8 is built individually for you. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, shipping, and Click & Collect.
Every ARC8 bike is assembled individually: we build your bike only after your order is placed. From order to delivery you can generally expect around 2–3 weeks.
Since assembly depends on capacity, delays may occur depending on workload and component availability. We'll let you know if your delivery is delayed.
Instead of having your bike delivered, you can also pick it up at a participating dealer near you. Just select Click & Collect under "Shipping method" at checkout – then choose your preferred dealer.
As soon as your bike is ready for pickup, the dealer will contact you. That way you can collect your new ARC8 in person and get help with fit or sizing on the spot.
